Higher Education Professional. As a professional working in Higher Education, I believe in the power and value of the college experience. I seek opportunities to create authentic connections among my co-workers, campus partners, and students. I am committed to supporting students and helping them to develop greater self-efficacy, resilience, grit, and a growth mindset. I strive to continuously grow and learn by seeking new knowledge, theories, and best practices to inform my work. I earned my M.A. in Higher Education Administration with a focus on Student Access and Success from the University of Michigan. I earned my B.A. in Public Health with a minor in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Higher Education - Student Affairs with an expected completion date of May 2026.
