Kelly graduated from Butler University with a B.S. in Middle/Secondary Social Studies Education in 2015. She then attended Indiana University where she earned an M.S.Ed in Higher Education and Student Affairs in 2017. Her career began at IUPUI as the student conduct coordinator, where she stayed for 5 years. Kelly is now the Associate Dean of Students at Butler University. She serves as the primary conduct officer and is a member of the Care Team, among several other committees.
