The Title IX Injunctions and the Vacation of Chevron-deference

The Title IX Injunctions and the Vacation of Chevron-deference

Monday, August 5, 2024 (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM) (EDT)

Description

Due to recent updates, we have extended the length of this webinar by 30 minutes. A recording will be sent to all registrants.

The new Title IX rules apply, except if you are in the 21 states in which there is an injunction from a Federal court temporarily halting the implementation of these rules. These injunctions are not the only court action affecting Title IX and other Federal regulations. Join us as we break down these rulings and explain what this means for student conduct practitioners.
