ASCA’s Sexual Misconduct Institute is back! 

After a pandemic-related hiatus, SMI is returning with a two-day, in-person intensive program designed to foster collaboration and engagement among participants of all experience and educational levels. Taking place at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, SMI features two distinct tracks designed for both the foundational and advanced attendee: 

• The Foundations Track features an interactive, skills-based approach to the essentials of the investigation and adjudication phases of Title IX and Sexual Misconduct cases.
  
  
• The Advanced Track focuses on the major intersections of Title IX with other regulatory and legal compliance areas such as the Clery Act, the NCAA, the ADA, and the First Amendment.

This year's ASCA Sexual Misconduct Institute (SMI) will take place from October 14 - 15, 2024.

Student Affairs Certification Continuing Education Credits:

ASCA has been approved by the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification to provide CE credit for Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd™). Programs that qualify for CE credit in this program are clearly identified. ASCA is solely responsible for all aspects of this program.
