Description
Developing and managing a departmental budget is a necessary skill for student affairs professionals. This is often a skill that is hard to obtain and underdeveloped. Join the ASCA Financial Advisory Group to learn more about developing and managing a departmental budget. Budget tracking sheet example will be provided to all registrants.

- Participants will articulate at least one (1) financial goal that they have for their budget. (CSAEd Domain: Financial and Facility Management).
- Participants will develop or use a budget tracking sheet. (CSAEd Domain: Financial and Facility Management).
