Description
Part of the ASCA Summer School Series! This webinar will review assessment methods, including pivot tables, surveys, and focus groups, which can be utilized in conduct offices. The webinar will review utilizing data collection and storytelling of student behavior and department trends, and how education and policies can be implemented to address behavior or needs for support.

Presenter Information & Bio:
Ms. Michelle Rauch, (She/Her), Michelle Rauch is an Assistant Director in Student Accountability & Restorative Practices (SARP) at Towson University. She has been at Towson since June 2022, first as a Coordinator before becoming Assistant Director in September 2023. Michelle investigates and adjudicates complex cases, implements restorative practices in investigations and case resolution, and is the co-chair of the Student Accountability Appellate Board. Prior to arriving at Towson, Michelle worked in Housing and Residence Life, and has a Masters degree in Sport Administration and Sport & Exercise Psychology and a Bachelors degree in Sport Administration from Lock Haven University (now Commonwealth University-Lock Haven).
