Position Description
The Director of Student Conduct & Community Standards (SCCS) manages the day-to-day operations of Wichita State's student conduct and academic integrity programs and services. This includes leading investigations, University education, and adjudicating cases. The Director provides leadership and direction for the development and implementation of university conduct policies, procedures, and services. The Director works to mitigate University risk in the adjudication of cases, provides training and outreach to faculty, staff and students, provides consultation on student conduct issues, and assures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position sits on the Student Affairs Leadership Team and supervises the Assistant Director of Student Conduct. The SCCS office's mission is to support and enhance the personal, ethical, and intellectual growth of all students to become responsible, aware, and engaged citizens. Please apply at jobs.wichita.edu
Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in conduct resolution and managing student services program or related field, with two (2) years of experience in a leadership role. Every 15 hours of graduate college coursework beyond a bachelor's degree can be substituted for one (1) year of experience. Experience with Maxient preferred.
Salary Information: $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience
