Director of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution

The University of Montevallo is currently seeking an accomplished and dedicated professional for the next Director of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution. The purpose of this position is to serve as the primary administrator and advisor regarding student conduct issues that prosper student responsibility, civility and conflict resolution through the effective administration of the student code of conduct process while maintaining compliance with University policies, federal and state regulations.
The educational requirement for the position is a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Education, Counseling or related field. The position also requires three years of experience in higher education and experience in judicial affairs. Title IX and VAWA experience is advantageous but not required.
Salary: $43,968 - $60,230
