Position Description

Support Director in managing the Office of Student Conduct including the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities, related policies, and procedures in coordination with numerous campus offices such as Housing and Residence Life, Student Life, Public Safety, and Associate Dean of Students/Title IX Coordinator; develop and implement educational programming; consult with students and staff on a broad range of student behavior issues including but not limited to classroom disruption, sexual misconduct, alcohol and drug abuse, and other behavioral issues; supervise a graduate assistant and occasional graduate and professional practicum personnel.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of two years full-time related professional experience in education, criminal justice, social work, or a related field. (One (1) year of graduate assistantship experience is equivalent to one-half (0.5) year of full-time work) Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate complex behavior and policy violations. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Technical Proficiency: High-level computer skills including word processing, database management, and internet-based research. Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse students, faculty, and university stakeholders. Training & Development: Strong competencies in program development and educational training.

Salary Information: $45,000-$54,000
