Latosha M. Williams, M.Ed. (she/her/her(s) is an experienced administrator with over 10 years of experience in Student Affairs ranging from Residence Life, Career Services, Assessment, Student Conduct, and Care. Her work experience has included service at large public PWIs as well as public and private HBCUs. Latosha has been a member of ASCA since 2018 and completed the Gehring Academy Mid-Level/Aspiring Directors Track in 2020. Latosha currently serves as an Associate Director for Student Conduct at NC State University where she oversees the Title IX and Sexual Misconduct processes and serves on the campus's Behavior Assessment Team and Sexual Assault Response team.

Prior to her current role, Latosha served as the Associate Director for Student Conduct in Residence Life at Indiana University-Bloomington where she was the senior adjudicator and Care case manager for IU's 12,000-student residential campus. In this role Latosha served on the campus's Care Team, Bias-Incident Response Team, and the department Leadership teams of both Residence Life and Student Conduct.

Latosha considers herself an active and engaged member of her local communities. Latosha has served as a Commissioner on the City of Bloomington's Human Rights Commission, a Community Mediator and Public Discourse Facilitator with the Community Justice and Mediation Center in Bloomington, IN, and as a Secretary and Archive Committee Co-Chair with the Kappa Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Latosha is an official member of the National Association of Parliamentarians, after passing the NAP Parliamentarian exam in March 2022.

A Cali-girl, with southern roots--Latosha was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area (Milpitas/San Jose) of California, though she and her family now reside in North Carolina. Latosha earned a Bachelor degree in Political Science from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from NC State University in Raleigh, NC. Latosha considers herself a lifelong learner as she works at a snail's pace toward completing her seemingly never-ending Ph.D. coursework.

Latosha's Clifton Strengths are Restorative, Activator, Harmony, Input, Learner. Latosha aims to keep a keen eye for identifying process and procedure gaps and to keep a healthy curiosity for information, data, and research that can inform action steps towards the implementation of change.

Latosha considers herself an equity-minded administrator and values building coalitions across differences. Latosha says that her service and leadership is guided by this quote from Aboriginal Activist, Dr. Lilla Watson: “If you have come to help me, you are wasting your time, but if you have come because your liberation is tied up with mine, then let us work together.”
