As presented at the 2024 ASCA Annual Conference! Navigating the student conduct process can be stressful for students, who fear the consequences on their future. This session inspires participants to become advocates for inclusivity, supporting students of all abilities, and promoting fairness in the conduct process.

Presenter Bio
Jaime Weiser (She/Her/Hers) Since May 2021, Jaime Weiser has been a dedicated professional in higher education. With a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University’s Honors College and a Master's in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Florida, Jaime's journey includes two years as a Resident Director. Returning to the University of Florida, Jaime now serves as the Assistant Director for the Office of Conduct and Community Standards. Leading the Community Standards revision workgroup, chairing the department-wide OCCS committee, facilitating care and conduct meetings, and contributing to organizational investigations, Jaime plays a vital role in creating a fair and inclusive campus. In addition to serving as the ASCA Region 8 Events Liaison, Jaime is a dedicated advisor to the Gamma Omicron Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi, actively contributing to a positive campus culture.
