This webinar shares research identifying that student disciplinary policies at tax-supported universities connect to legal frameworks reinforcing white racial privilege and will identify how these frameworks (re)create performative whiteness in such policies. Practical applications/recommendations for improving critical policy revisions and (re)establishing pathways for more equitable student outcomes will be discussed.
