In the intervening decade since the first edition, this co-edited work has become more relevant than ever as colleges and universities continue to be the targets of litigation, activists, and lawmakers who have, for instance, rolled back earlier guidance under Title IX regarding violence against women. Civility, hate crimes, activism, immigration, globalism versus nationalism, and free speech are all again on the forefront of campus challenges impacting conflict and conduct management.
