Presenters & Panelists

Dr. Kyle McCoil
Dr. McCoil serves as the Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Washington and Lee University (W&L). In this role, he serves as the Dean of Sophomores, the budget manager for the Division of Student Affairs, oversees the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, leads the university's hazing prevention, investigation, and compliance efforts, and oversees and executes strategic initiatives on behalf of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Additionally, Dr. McCoil provides annual training and support to faculty, staff, and student conduct boards with a focus on student organizational misconduct. He is an active member of ASCA, currently serving as a Co-Chair for the Fraternity and Sorority Life Community of Practice and is the Chair for the 2026 Student Organization Misconduct Institute. Harriet Wrinkle
Harriet serves as Assistant Director of Student Conduct & Community Standards at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she has worked in student conduct since spring 2021. In addition to working as a campus-based student conduct professional, Harriet has a background in Fraternity and Sorority Life. After graduating from the College of Charleston, Harriet worked for her national sorority, Delta Gamma, as a Collegiate Development Consultant. She then served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Sorority & Fraternity Life at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville while completing her master’s degree. Harriet is an active member of ASCA, currently serving as the Co-Chair for the Fraternity and Sorority Life Community of Practice, and is a faculty member for the 2026 Student Organization Misconduct Institute (SOMI).
