ASCA is excited to invite you to the 2026 Donald D. Gehring Academy being held at the Marriott St. Louis Grand!

The Gehring Academy is an intensive program designed for participants to learn through a competency-based model. Unlike a traditional conference, the Academy offers multiple tracks for specific training needs and participants select one topic of immersive experiential learning. 

The track topics for the 2026 Donald D. Gehring Academy are:

  • Alternative Resolution and Restorative Practices
  • Complex Investigations and Report Writing
  • Mary Beth Mackin Foundations of Professional Practice: 
    • Subtrack: Early Career Professionals
    • Subtrack: Seasoned Professionals Newer to Conduct
  • Senior Student Conduct Professionals
  • Sorority and Fraternity Life
  • Threat Assessment and CARE Management
  • Title VI and First Amendment

Mini-Track (Single Day Virtual) Registration

All Full-Week Registrants are eligible for a bundled discount rate of $175.00 for a mini-track. Please note, this discounted rate is only valid for those attending the in-person week-long Academy (regular rate is $199 members / $225 non-members). If you are only registering for a Mini-Track, please visit the Mini-Track registration page!

Mini-Track (Single Day Virtual) options will be available to add-on to your registration. The Mini-Tracks will be held virtually on July 20, 2026, from 11am-6pm ET.  The Mini-Tracks all occur at the same time; therefore, you would only want to select one Mini-Track if you are adding these to your Academy registration.

This year's list of Mini-Tracks will be announced soon!

If you have already registered for the week-long Academy and would like to add a Mini-Track to your original Gehring Academy registration when the list is published, please contact Josh Cutchens, Director of Member Experience & Operations, at asca@theasca.org.

Invoices must be paid within 30 days from the date of issue. If your invoice is not paid by that timeline and the event registration rate has changed, the Central Office will reissue your invoice at the higher registration rate.
