ASCA is excited to invite you to the 2025 ASCA Annual Conference! The conference will be held at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR, February 5 – February 8, 2025.

Early Bird Registration (June 3, 2024 – August 5, 2024)

  • Student - $400

Regular Registration (August 6, 2024 – January 13, 2025)

  • Member - $750

  • Non-Member - $850

  • Student - $450

Late Registration (January 14, 2025 – February 4, 2025)

  • Member - $850

  • Non-Member - $950

  • Student - $475

On-Site Registration (February 5, 2025 – February 8, 2025)

  • Member - $950

  • Non-Member - $1050

  • Student - $525

Fixed Rates:

Regular Registration (August 6, 2024 – January 13, 2025)

  • Per Day, ASCA Member: $310

  • Per Day, Non-Member: $340

  • Per Day, Student: $280

Late Registration and On-Site Registration (January 14, 2025 – February 8, 2025)

  • Per Day, ASCA Member: $370

  • Per Day, Non-Member: $400

  • Per Day, Student: $315

Hotel Information:

Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center

  • Start Date: February 4, 2025

  • End Date: February 8, 2025

The ASCA hotel rate will be honored through Tuesday, January 14, 2025, or until the ASCA hotel block reaches capacity, whichever occurs first.

Group Rates:   

  • $178.00 USD per night for Single/Double
