This session presents the Holistic Conflict Management Framework\, a structured learning system that teaches conflict literacy before enforcement. He developed the Holistic Conflict Management Framework (HCMF)\, a peer-reviewed learning system recognized with the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) Innovation Award in 2026. His work focuses on equipping students with emotional intelligence\, conflict style awareness\, and de-escalation skills to reduce preventable conduct escalation and strengthen accountability across campus communities. Dr. Boatwright has presented nationally on conflict management and campus safety.
