This webinar supports student conduct educators in understanding ADA requirements and adapting conduct processes to implement reasonable accommodations. Participants will assess current institutional practices\, identify gaps\, and discuss how to proactively address concerns to strengthen procedural fairness. She holds a BA in Philosophy from Wittenberg University\, an MS in Education in College Student Development and Administration from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse\, and an Ed.D. in Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Georgia. Her doctoral research examined student conduct educators' knowledge and application of learning outcomes and assessment practices\, reflecting her commitment to advancing the profession through meaningful evaluation of student learning.Dr. Kogan's professional passion centers on using student conduct processes as developmental tools that prioritize growth\, accountability\, and student success rather than punishment. She helps students understand the broader impact of their decisions on themselves and their campus communities.
