SUMMARY:Algorithm of Accountability: Reprogramming Conduct for the Gen Z Mindset Webinar
DESCRIPTION:Part of our Belonging on Campus Series! As Gen Z enters higher education\, student conduct professionals must adapt leadership strategies to meet their needs. This session\, led by Gen Z administrators\, encourages dialogue on supporting students and staff. In this role\, he assists in overseeing the student conduct and conflict resolution program. Christian has a background in behavioral misconduct\, academic misconduct\, organizational misconduct\, and hearing boards.Originally from North Carolina\, Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and American Studies from William Peace University and a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work\, Christian enjoys hiking\, traveling\, and watching the latest Bravo shows.  Contact: clangle@bgsu.edu Gavrielle Jacobson (She/Her)Gavrielle Jacobson serves as Assistant Director of Residence Life at Virginia Wesleyan University\, where she oversees the residential student conduct process\, supervises Resident Assistants and Village Coordinators\, and works to enhance the student experience. She began her career in student conduct as a graduate assistant at the University of South Carolina\, where she focused on academic integrity and developed the institution's first artificial intelligence module to address AI-related violations. Gavrielle also served as a Bracewell Conference Intern for ASCA\, supporting the 2025 Annual Conference\, and was recently a member of the Professional Growth Extended Committee for the 2026 Annual Conference. She holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. in Sociology from Appalachian State University.
