As a higher education practitioner\, Kyle has worked primarily in the public education sector including a decade working in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. Kyle has previously held positions in fraternity & sorority life\, student activities\, and community & government relations across his career. Kyle has a bachelor's degree in political science & history as well as a master's degree in education\, both from the University of Pittsburgh\, and is currently working on their doctoral degree in public administration at West Chester University. Prior to working at ASCA\, Josh worked in higher education for almost 13 years and held professional roles in student conduct and Title IX at Appalachian State University\, the University of South Florida\, and Florida Gulf Coast University. Josh earned his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Appalachian State University. His dissertation is titled: Fairness\, Equity\, and Inclusion: A Social Constructionist Approach to Admissions Prior Conduct Policies and Procedures. Josh earned his M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida and his B.A. in History from the University of Florida.
