SUMMARY:A Formal Introduction to ASCA's Title IX Certificate Program
DESCRIPTION:This webinar will provide an overview of ASCA's Title IX Certificate Program. ASCA has long been a leader in providing Title IX education and training\; The Certificate Pathways program builds on prior programming by providing three different certificate categories\, each consisting of three knowledge levels. Investigators (Levels 1-3): Equips investigators with the knowledge and skills to complete compliant\, timely\, and trauma-informed investigations.    Decision-Makers and Appeals (Levels 1-3): Trains decision-makers and appellate officers with skills to review investigation materials and hearing records. Educates decision makers and appellate officers in how to review evidence\, determine relevance\, facilitate a campus hearings\, and issue well-written decisions. Title IX Coordinators (Levels 1-3): Provides a comprehensive overview of the Title IX regulations and the policies\, procedures\, and institutional systems which need to be in place in order for an institution to be compliant. ASCA's Title IX Certificate Program is developed by leaders in the Title IX and Student Conduct fields who combine deep knowledge and campus-based leadership. The Certificate Programs also allow campuses to meet their obligations for annual training.
