Presenter Information & Bios:
Ms. Christy Anthony
For over two decades, Christy Anthony has served diverse educational communities, including the Ivy League, religiously affiliated institutions, arts/business/STEM institutions, and a shipboard community. In these roles she worked full-time, part-time, remotely, and temporarily. She has created part-time, temporary, and remote roles as well as job shares. Christy continues her commitment to student accountability, civil rights, and intercultural conflict resolution through her independent consulting. Dr. Rachel King
Rachel is an experienced restorative justice facilitator and trainer specializing in issues of harassment and sexual misconduct in higher education.
With 20 years in conflict resolution, college student conduct and administration, Rachel brings experience investigating and resolving hundreds of sexual misconduct cases involving college students, middle and high schools students, faculty, and staff. Contact: rking@rkresolution.com
Anna Martin
Anna Martin is a higher education professional with over 17 years of experience in student conduct, academic integrity, and Title IX processes. She has worked closely with students, faculty, and administrators on complex disciplinary matters and now serves as a Student Defense Advisor with K Altman Law, supporting students in conduct, academic misconduct, and Title IX cases.
Anna brings a unique perspective shaped by experience both within institutions and in student advocacy, with a particular interest in innovative and flexible work models in higher education. She currently works remotely from Costa Rica and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and rethinking what sustainable work and life balance can look like.
