The Membership Engagement Committee invites participants to use the summer season as a time to reconnect and build meaningful relationships across the association. This session highlights the Connections Program as a simple, intentional way to engage with colleagues, expand networks, and strengthen community. Participants will explore tangible ways to prioritize connection over the summer, fostering a more engaged and collaborative membership in the year ahead.

Presenter Information & Bios:
Randall Williams (He/Him)
Randall Williams is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina. A two-time graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, Randall received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s in public administration. He is also pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership and policy analysis at East Tennessee State University.
Randall has served in the field of higher education for almost 22 years. With a passion for student development, he has served in various areas, such as Student Conduct, Residence Life, and Title IX. He currently serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Dean of Students at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Contact: membership@theasca.org
Danielle Woody (She/Her)
Danielle Woody currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices at Towson University in the greater Baltimore area, Maryland. In this role, she oversees student accountability operations and educates the campus community on university policies through a restorative lens. Danielle also co-chairs Towson’s Student Affairs Development, Onboarding, and Culture committee, furthering her commitment to creating knowledgeable and inclusive environments.
Since 2011, Danielle has gained a wide range of experience in higher education, including Student Conduct, Title IX, Housing & Residence Life, and Fraternity & Sorority Life. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, and she is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Frostburg State University. As a dedicated member of ASCA, Danielle serves as the Co-Chair of the Membership Engagement Committee. She has also co-led the Women of Color Summit, participated in the 2021 Equity & Inclusion Task Force, served as the 2020 Annual Conference Logistics Chair, and was the 2017 Professional Growth Chair, among other support roles, demonstrating her strong commitment to ASCA and the field of Student Conduct.
