ASCA is excited to invite you to the 2026 ASCA Annual Conference! The Conference will be held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in the Washington, D.C. area, February 11 - February 14, 2026.

Please refer to https://ascaconference.com for this year’s Conference agenda in the coming months.

For planning purposes, this year, the following food/meals will be provided to attendees:

Dessert reception following Opening Keynote
Lunch on Friday, February 13th
Brunch on Saturday, February 14th

As for all registration timelines, payments must be received by the time of a registration price increase. Failure to do so will result in the Central Office reissuing an invoice at the higher registration rate.

Daily registration rates are available for the Annual Conference! The costs for the daily registration rates are below. If you would like to register for individual days of the Conference, please contact Dr. Josh Cutchens, Director of Member Experience & Operations at josh@theasca.org.

Pre-Conference Sessions:

Costs for Pre-Conference sessions are:

Half-Day session (morning or afternoon): $200.00

Full Day session: $360.00

If you are wanting to register for two half-day sessions (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), you will want to use promo code "HALFDAYS" during the payment process to reduce your cost to be the equivalent of one full day session.

All Pre-Conference session titles and descriptions will be announced in the coming weeks which will then open the registration process for them!

If you have already registered for the Annual Conference prior to the Pre-Conference sessions being available and would like to register for them, please contact the Central Office at asca@theasca.org for assistance.
